Hanover Road Dental Health is incredibly excited to have you as a new patient! We look forward to building long-lasting relationships with you and your family and hope that you enjoy your time while you’re with us. Below, you’ll find tons of useful information regarding what to expect during your first visit, how to prepare ahead of time, and financing information, so you can get started on taking care of your oral health right away.
Your First Visit
When you sign up as a new patient, you’ll be mailed your paperwork. We’ll ask for a record release so we can get a hold of your most up-to-date X-rays and medical records. When you arrive, you’ll be given at least one hour to get to know your dentist, whether it’s Dr. Sanders or Dr. Munsey. We’ll clean your teeth if appropriate and if time is available. If not, we’ll schedule your for a follow-up appointment for whatever service you need. We’ll make sure that you leave the office with a treatment plan and cost estimate.
When you have dental insurance, paying for dental treatments becomes a whole lot easier for you and your family. We want to make the process as smooth as possible and will work with you to maximize your benefits.

If you are not currently in-network, you’re more than welcome to file claims with your current insurance provider and we’ll submit them on your behalf.
Don’t have dental insurance at this time? Need help paying for a treatment that wasn’t completely covered? With dental financing from CareCredit, you can pay for your care in more manageable monthly chunks, often times with little to zero interest attached. With patient forms, our office is better able to assist you in every way. We want to get to know you and your current oral health needs. Below, you’ll find all of our relevant in-office forms, including patient registration forms, so you can complete and provide them to us when you arrive for your first appointment. We’ve also included important information about financial policy and patient disclosure, so we can contact you via your preference method.
